    We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations to be issued a refund. Missed lessons without notice incur the full charge.

    Yes if you have a 10 / 20 lesson plan you can use those lessons whenever you'd like, book in advance and plan ahead using the booking calendar.
  • What are your lesson rates, and do you offer packages or discounts?
    Lesson Packages: For students who are committed to ongoing learning, we offer multi-lesson packages that provide greater scheduling flexibility and value. Our package deals currently include: 10 × 30-minute sessions: £175 total​ 10 × 1-hour sessions: £300 total​ 20 × 1-hour sessions: £600 total​ 30-minute individual lesson: £18 per session​ 1-hour individual lesson: £30 per session​
  • Do you offer music theory lessons?
    Yes, we integrate theory into all lessons and offer dedicated sessions for students preparing for exams or wanting to deepen their understanding of music.
  • Can i try a lesson out first ?
    Yes, we absolutely encourage new students to try a lesson first. We offer a free trial lesson for first-time students, with no obligation to continue afterward​ This trial session is a great opportunity for you (and your child, if applicable) to meet the instructor, experience our teaching style, and ensure it’s a good fit. We want you to be confident in your choice of music school. Spaces for trial lessons may be limited, so we recommend booking the trial in advance​ You can request a trial directly through our website or by mentioning it when you contact us.
  • What happens after the trial?
    After your free trial lesson, if you’re happy and wish to continue, we will help you set up a regular lesson schedule. Most students take one lesson per week, but we can adjust frequency to your needs (for example, more frequent lessons if you have an exam coming up, or bi-weekly lessons if weekly is not feasible). We’ll also discuss the length of lesson that suits you (30 minutes vs 1 hour, typically).
